Test Development Engineer (Electronics)

Development test system according to the customer requirements and according to standards (state of the art)
Responsible for development of test electronics system for customers (on a contract basis)
Perform DFT (Design for Test) Analysis and testability reviews for PCBA and Boxbuild
Analysis of customer and production team requirements and consulting for new test system
Optimize Test Cycle Time and analyze False Fail/Yield data to improve tester efficiency, coverage...
Support in calculation of customer and production team development testing projects
Communication with the customer/ Sub- project management
Documentation for all phases of projects (requirements, design specifications, verification, etc.)
Any other duties as and when required by Head of Engineering Services
Design reviews/ Project controlling (cost, timeline)
Support production team and customer to run new test system (Initial operation and verification of the new test system)
Design and development new test system

(Basic) experience in firmware driver development
Knowledge of product development processes
Results- oriented, flexibility and traveling availability
Knowledge of electronics measuring and test equipment
Proficiency in NI LabVIEW, TestStand, Python or C for automation.
Passionate customer focus/Team player
Comprehensive electronics knowledge in different fields (analog and digital circuits, embedded systems, Arduino, NI LabVIEW...)
Advanced knowledge in schematic design
Experience in HW development or PCB design (min. 1 years) in the industrial field
Enthusiasm in helping to build- up a new design team in our plant together with an existing Swiss team
Advanced in English
