Tester Lead (Automotive)

Design and run test cases, identify defects, and manage bug tracking throughout the testing lifecycle;
Perform testing on communication protocols such as CAN, SomeIP, Ethernet, WiFi, GPRS, GPS;
Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, technologies, and TCU functionalities;
Document test results, issues, and provide clear reports to the development team;
Use testing tools (e.g., CANoe, PCAN, Anritsu) to monitor, analyze, and validate system behavior;
Execute software testing for TCU (Telematics Control Unit) systems based on defined test plans and requirements;
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects;
Ensure test quality, accuracy, and on- time delivery under project timelines.

Possess strong learning ability and be able to quickly master the operation methods of test tools and basic TCU business knowledge.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above in a computer- related major (e.g., Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, etc.). 2 years of relevant experience in software testing; candidates with internship experience in automotive electronics or software testing will be preferred. New graduates are required to have a basic understanding of software testing theories.
Understand relevant protocols applied in vehicle- mounted devices (e.g., CAN/SomeIP/Ethernet/WiFi/GPRS/GPS). Candidates who are able to perform basic data viewing and message viewing using test tools such as CANoe/PCAN/Anritsu MD8475 will be preferred.
Have a certain degree of pressure resistance and be able to adapt to the project testing schedule.
Possess basic documentation skills, with the ability to clearly record test processes and identified issues. Have basic computer operation skills and be proficient in the Windows operating system and common office software.
Have good communication skills, with the ability to clearly feedback test issues and cooperate efficiently with the team.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability. Be able to complete test execution tasks in strict accordance with requirements, pay close attention to details, and eliminate omissions of test points.
Master basic software testing theories and methodologies and have a working knowledge of test execution processes and defect management processes.
