You will be directly responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining technology projects, from server systems, networks, switchboards, and CCTV to smart city solutions, contributing to the company’s service quality and reputation in the market. The Smart City & ICT Systems Integration Engineer position is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s information and communication technology (ICT) systems and technical infrastructure, including smart city applications, to meet the needs of our clients and international partners.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct scheduled maintenance of systems as directed by the manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Directors.
Handle and resolve technical support tickets related to server systems, network equipment, switchboards, CCTV, smart city systems, and other ICT integrations.
Participate in surveying, designing, and implementing ICT and smart city projects as assigned by the manager. Develop technical support documents for projects, such as user manuals for deployed devices or services, ensuring clarity and suitability for end- users.
Research products and technology solutions from suppliers to propose improvements or suitable applications for the company.

Vị trí Kỹ sư Tích hợp Hệ thống ICT và Thành phố Thông minh đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc đảm bảo các hệ thống công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông (ICT) cùng cơ sở hạ tầng kỹ thuật, bao gồm các ứng dụng thành phố thông minh, hoạt động trơn tru, đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng và đối tác quốc tế.
TRÁCH NHIỆM CHUNG:
Xử lý và giải quyết các ticket báo hỏng liên quan đến hệ thống máy chủ, thiết bị mạng, tổng đài, CCTV, hệ thống smart city và các tích hợp ICT khác.
2 Tham gia khảo sát, thiết kế và thi công tại các công trình ICT và smart city theo sự chỉ định của quản lý.
Nghiên cứu các sản phẩm và giải pháp công nghệ từ các nhà cung cấp để đề xuất cải tiến hoặc ứng dụng phù hợp cho công ty.
Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ các hệ thống theo lịch được quản lý giao phó.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ định của Trưởng bộ phận hoặc Ban Giám đốc.
