Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and submitting required reports in a timely manner.
Support training and guidance of junior team members when required.
Support the supervision of junior team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
Ensure proper hygiene and food safety practices in storage, preparation, and handling of food.
Assist in maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation in line with established standards.
Monitor cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment and tools; report any issues promptly to supervisors.
Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, and compliance with kitchen standards.
Clean and organize the work area and complete all end- of- shift duties, including proper cleaning and preparation for the next shift.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen and related areas.
Check ingredients and preparation processes to ensure readiness for service and compliance with standards.
Follow standard recipes and minimize food wastage during preparation and cooking.

Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well- organized with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
E
xperience:
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
