Plan & coordinate maintenance downtime with production requirements to maximize equipment availability.
To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
Make proposals to improve the machines&039; performance.
Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.
Maintain facilities in the first- class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Make a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production.
Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs.
Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production.

Education: Graduated from University in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing…preferably in FMCG.
