* Coordinate with other departments to respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest issues
* Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations across the resort
* Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs
* Supervise daily maintenance activities for guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back- of- house facilities
* Assist in managing the engineering budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement of equipment
* Monitor energy consumption and support sustainability and cost- saving initiatives
* Support renovation projects, upgrades, and contractor management to ensure quality and timelines are met
* Lead and train the engineering team, including technicians and shift engineers
* Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire life safety systems, and local legal requirements
