Trucking Manager (Import & Export Haulage)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trucking Manager (Transportation Supervisor Import & Export Haulage) to effectively manage our road transportation services with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily operation of trucking services
Cooperation with other teams in DAON (Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Finance/Accounting, Sales)
English speaking required
Vendor management- Develop competitive trucking vendors- Vendor contract, quotation- Trucking service level- Relationship with vendors
Internal management jobs- Management report (Monthly, Weekly)- Payment request and other process
Trucking information/data management (ELSA system)
Managing efficiency of trucking services, Cost saving

Strong knowledge of road freight operations, cost optimization, and vendor management.
Good command of English (both spoken and written) – CV must be submitted in English.
Minimum 03 years of experience in trucking management or road transportation operations.
Experience with transportation management systems (ELSA system is a plus).
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Full provision of working equipment and tools.
Annual leave: 13 days per year.
