Position Overview
This role emphasizes practical AI implementation, team leadership, and product delivery. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and product goals, driving both technical direction and team development.
We are seeking an AI Team Lead (Computer Vision) to lead and grow our AI engineering team at Meta Vision, focusing on developing and deploying real- world computer vision and recognition solutions.
Key Responsibilities (High- level)

Participate hands- on in model development, training, fine- tuning, and optimization.
Mentor and develop team members’ technical and professional skills.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Backend, Frontend, Product, QA) to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
Design and implement Computer Vision / AI solutions for real- world problems.
Report progress, risks, and propose solutions to management.
Define system architecture and select appropriate models and approaches.
Lead and manage a team of AI Engineers (task assignment, progress tracking, technical support).

Required Qualification

Good technical communication skills (English is a plus).
Hands- on experience leading or mentoring a team of AI Team.
Strong ownership, task management, and delivery mindset.
At least 4 years of experience in AI / Computer Vision.
Strong background in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
Solid understanding of modern neural network architectures and their practical applications.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for team outcomes.
Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience deploying AI models into production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with industrial vision, recognition systems, or biometric technologies.
Familiarity with real- world constraints of applied AI systems.
Experience working closely with software or product teams.
