* Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and OTAs
* Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions
* Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning
* Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to ensure seamless guest experience
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management review
* Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations to promote the resort
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive room revenue, events, and ancillary income for the resort
* Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with partners to maximize profitability
* Identify new business opportunities in key source markets and segments (leisure, MICE, corporate, weddings)
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Highly self- motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and trust.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
02 years experience in an administrative role supporting the hotel management.
Exceptional planning, organization and execution skills- able to manage complex projects and thrive on solving logistical challenges.
