Unit Head of Collections Contact Management & Data Enrichment

Team Leadership
Build, develop, motivate and mentor team members, conducting monthly performance reviews and providing ongoing coaching
Operating
Manage, track and improve business level metrics related to productivity, skip tracing quality and compliance
Strategy and Process
Define, measure and communicate performance metrics and identify process enhancements
Administration
Handle timecards, reporting, team meetings and ensure compliance with company policies
Project Execution
Execute assigned projects for the unit to improve workflow, innovation or team morale

Fluent in both Vietnamese & English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (PL/SQL)
Strong in Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill and Time Management Skills
Strong Analytical and logical thinking
Business Acumen
People Management Skill (training, coaching, motivation, evaluation)
At least 4- 5 years’ working experiences in Collections for Finance- Banking institutions and 02 years in management role for this occupation.
Bachelor Degree, major: Math, Statistics, Banking, Economy or Business Management is preferable
