As a
UX Designer
in our team, you will:

Collaborate with Product Owners and cross- functional teams to align product goals, user needs, and design direction.
Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to define clear product experiences for mobile and web applications.
Contribute to information architecture, interaction design, and overall product experience.
Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product usability.
Continuously iterate and optimize product experiences based on user feedback, data insights, and performance metrics, while supporting development teams in implementing UX solutions.
Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and UX concepts that solve real user problems.
Conduct user research, and market analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related fields.2- 3 years of experience in UX Design for mobile apps (Android, iOS) or web products.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a product- oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast- paced product environment.
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar UX tools.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and product discovery processes.
Bonus points if you are experienced in AI domain.
Strong understanding of user- centered design principles and UX methodologies.
