Ensure high- quality video production from pre- production to final delivery
Coordinate with external vendors, models, or agencies when required
Plan, produce, and edit video content for the resort, including promotional videos, social media content, and event coverage
Handle video editing, color grading, sound design, and post- production processes
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand content needs
Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with the resort’s brand and marketing strategies
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand identity across all video content
Stay updated with video trends, formats, and storytelling techniques
Suggest creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Manage filming schedules, locations, and required equipment
Shoot and edit videos for multiple platforms (social media, website, digital campaigns)
Maintain and organize video assets, footage, and project files

Cập nhật xu hướng video, định dạng và kỹ thuật kể chuyện mới
Đề xuất ý tưởng sáng tạo nhằm tăng độ nhận diện thương hiệu và tương tác
Đảm bảo sự đồng nhất về phong cách và hình ảnh thương hiệu

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual skills
Good command of English; additional local language(s) is a plus
Basic knowledge of photography and motion graphics is a plus
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in video production, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
Degree or diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field
