Waiter/Waitress – Nhân viên Phục vụ

- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained at all times
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Serve food and drinks following 5- star service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests efficiently
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively
- High school diploma or relevant hospitality training
- Good teamwork and multitasking skills
- Well- groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service techniques
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
- Good communication skills; basic English is required
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in restaurants or hotels preferred
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
