Warehouse Cum Logistics Coordinator

Job description:
Warehouse Duties ( 50%):

Manage inventory IN & OUT for Motorcycle, Parts & Accessories, Merchandise in the warehouse and dispatch the shipment.
Receive, prepare, check and justify necessary labels & tags for all dealing products and label on new arrival.
Follow safety requirements by local laws or company, suggest and request to line manager for any problems may arise at warehouse.
Assist all warehouse inventory requirement and making related reports.
Keep clean and well- organized status at the warehouse.

Logistics duties (50%):

Collaborate with team to work with Vietnam Register for bike documents, bike testing and getting the bike testing result from VR authority and receive the bike docs at Vietnam Register and send to HCM/ DN for monthly bike VAT invoice issuance.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Support Logistics team to work with truckers, forwarders, and transportation services when in need.
Be responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving bike shipment on time and efficiently.
Oversee bike warehouse, P&A, merchandise/ Fox racing products... in actual and in system and update on control system.

Requirements:

Honest, proactive, responsible, careful, independent & multi- task working while working under high pressure.
Good math and analytical skills.
Be good at both spoken and written English.
Be good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ...) and ability to use software related to warehouse control.
Knowledge of NAV/BC365 system is preferable.
College / University degree and at least 2- 3 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse.
