Ensure all warehouse activities comply with WMS workflows, QR code scanning procedures, FIFO principles, and inventory location accuracy.
Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse operational KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment, Production Supply, and Shipping.
Monitor WMS performance, including pending tasks, aging transactions, abnormal activities, and location discrepancies; coordinate with IT and Key Users to resolve system issues and drive process improvements.
Work closely with the Inventory Control team on cycle counts, inventory investigations, stock adjustments, and root cause analysis.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including control of negative inventory, lost pallets, and storage location discrepancies.
Manage warehouse productivity and manpower utilization, including forklift, putaway, picking, and loading operations, while optimizing labor allocation and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, forklift safety regulations, PPE requirements, fire prevention procedures, and 5S practices.
Support shipping and production operations by ensuring on- time loading, local deliveries, and timely material supply to production lines according to SCM priorities.
Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safe working environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS administration, FIFO/FEFO control, and KPI management.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
College Diploma or Bachelor&039;s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and drive continuous operational improvements.
Hands- on experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
