Wellness Instructor

Conduct daily wellness sessions, including yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, for guests of all skill levels
Customise sessions based on guests&039; needs, health conditions, and fitness levels, ensuring a safe and serene environment
Stay updated on the latest trends and research in wellness practices to continually enhance our offerings
Maintain studio space and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Adapt instruction methods to accommodate diverse guest backgrounds and abilities
Build guest loyalty by creating a positive, welcoming, and rejuvenating experience
Promote holistic wellness through various techniques, educating guests on the physical and mental benefits of wellness practices
Collaborate with the spa and fitness team to align wellness offerings and promote classes to encourage guest participation
Provide wellness consultations and assessments, supporting spa events, retreats, and workshops as needed

Certification in wellness instruction (e.g., Yoga Instructor certification) or related field
1- 2 years of experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness centre
Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Strong knowledge of various wellness concepts and mind- body practices, including yoga, meditation, and breathwork
Detail- oriented with strong organisational skills
Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional guest service
Collaborative team player with a professional demeanour
Ability to adapt instruction to different skill levels and physical abilities
Empathetic and supportive approach to guest interactions
First Aid and CPR certification
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
