Công ty không nên giờ giấc quá nghiêm khắc, nên có nhiều hơn những khoá học để nâng cao kỹ năng của nhân viên.

Ưu điểm
Có nhiều khóa training nâng cao nghiệp vụ, cập nhật công nghệ mới cho nhân viên. Môi tường làm việc thân thiện cởi mở.
Khuyết điểm
Cải thiện benefit để thu hút thêm nhân lực mới và giữ chân nhân lực đã làm lâu năm cho công ty. Cải thiện việc đánh giá năng lực nhân viên.

They pay lower than most of IT companies on the market.
Ancient iMacs and Macbooks. They were all 2012 models and older.
Wifi never works. Extremely slow internet connection.
There were cases where company tried to find reasons for not paying 13th month salary. Worst case scenario, employees were forced to leave.
No fridge, only 1 microwave for the whole company.
