AI Engineer (RAG, LangChain, Python, N8n) Thu Nhập Tới 45 Triệu

Work with frameworks such as LangChain (or similar) to orchestrate AI workflows.
Optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and model accuracy.
Utilize n8n (or similar automation tools) to create and manage automated workflows.
Build and integrate APIs to support AI services and applications.
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval- Augmented Generation) pipelines for efficient data retrieval and processing.
Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, and Backend teams to deliver scalablesolutions.
Develop and deploy AI- powered systems using LLMs (chatbots, automation tools, internal platforms, etc.).

Requirements:

Hands- on experience with RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines).
Experience working with LangChain or similar frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI, Backend, or Software Engineering roles.
Strong proficiency in Python (required).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Good English communication skills (interview and daily work in English).
Experience using n8n or other workflow/automation tools.
Solid background in Backend development (APIs, databases, system design).

Nice to Have:

Experience deploying AI systems using Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience building production- ready AI systems.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open- source models)
Knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation, and fine- tuning techniques.
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
