Assistant Human Resources Manager (Incharge Training)

Learning & Development
- Support the development and execution of the hotel’s learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver orientation, mandatory, service culture, leadership and skills training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual training plans and learning calendars.
- Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and implement appropriate learning and development solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, operational performance indicators, guest satisfaction results and learning transfer assessments.
- Monitor training compliance, participation and development progress, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Support talent development initiatives including succession planning, supervisory development and high- potential associate programs.
- Promote a continuous learning culture and ensure brand values and service excellence standards are embedded across the organization.
HR Business Support
- Support key HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and associate relations as assigned.
- Assist in communicating HR policies, programs and organizational values to associates.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address people development and organizational effectiveness needs.
- Participate in employee engagement, recognition, culture- building and employer branding activities.
- Support HR audits, compliance requirements, process improvement initiatives and cross- functional HR projects.
- Act as a business partner to operational departments on people- related matters within assigned scope.
Administration
- Assist in managing the annual training budget and training- related expenses in line with departmental and company objectives.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports and HR documentation.
- Act as a deputy to the Training Manager and support the HR Director on broader HR matters when required.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of key HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, talent development and labor regulations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources within hospitality or service industries.
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
