ASSISTANT MANAGER - F&B SERVICE

Assists the Manager to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Self- motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrates strong initiative.
Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in hotel Food & Beverage, including at least 1 years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5- star hotel environment.
Strong problem- solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
