Lead business growth in the Industrial & Manufacturing segment by acquiring and developing clients, ensuring tailored security solutions compliant with industrial regulations, safety standards, and customer operating environments.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Segment Intelligence
Conduct market analysis, study competitors, and stay updated with industrial safety & security trends and relevant local regulations.
Identify must- win industrial segments and key accounts (manufacturing, industrial parks).
Understand industrial security requirements, EHS standards, and operational risk management in factories, plants, warehouses, and logistics hubs.
Ensure supplier and subcontractor contracts align with internal compliance, ethics, and legal regulations.
Review pricing structure and benchmark with I&M market practices.
Client Engagement & Account Development
Conduct client site visits to understand operations, safety needs, and risk profiles deeply.
Develop case studies demonstrating security deployment efficiency in industrial environments.
Build strategic relationships with Security Manager, EHS&S Leads, Plant Managers, Procurement Managers, HR Manager, Finance Manager, and industrial park boards.
Ensure correct invoicing and service delivery expectation alignment.
Sales Process & Solution Design
Conduct cost modeling aligned with manpower structure, training & safety requirements.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date information on Pipedrive.
Lead negotiation, contract closing, and proper contract handover to operations phase.
Develop tailored security solutions incorporating industrial risk, access control, perimeter security, fire & safety support, and emergency response readiness.
Reporting & Performance
Participate in annual sales and business planning.
Submit weekly Pipedrive updates and monthly performance reports.
Achieve sales targets and client development KPIs.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

- Industrial process understanding and problem- solving.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and business units
- Good communication in English (IELTS 5.0 or above)

Experience: 3- 5 years B2B Sales Manager, preferably in industrial services, security, logistics, or manufacturing support services.

- Performance Review and Promotion: Performance reviews will be conducted in a year and all salary adjustments and promotions are considered on an annual basis.
- Additional bonus depend on the KPI achievements and awarded at the discretion of the company
- Gross salary + KPI + Sales Incentive + Annual Bonus
- A year- end bonus equal to 3 month salary is offered at the end of the year should the division achieves revenue target
