Work and follow up with Agencies in developing TVC, packages, POSM, communication vehicles that fit with product communication.
Initiate develop creative, media & research briefs and brief to Agencies.
Follow up and analyze the development of the assigned products (brand health, sales, market share) and propose suitable programs.
Propose, develop and implement tactical program to drive volume by periods, regions.
Propose, develop and conduct the Marketing program of assigned products.
Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales Dept to forecast sales and communication means at channels.
Supporting to Marketing Director/ Senior Brand Manager for building up brand strategies.
Coordinate and lead internal and external partners to ensure projects done properly and at high quality.
Coordinate with Digital, CRM & other Departments for relative projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong analytical skills with data driven analysis
Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
Good at computer skills (word, excel, power point)
Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
Highly flexible/open- minded, resourceful and practical.
At least 1- 2 years of experience in Brand Manager, preferably at a similar position in FMCG industry
