Business Analyst (Good English, Global Market)

◦ Support data verification, root cause analysis, and production issues.
◦ Review and support QA with test cases, UAT, and demo sessions.
◦ Perform end◦ to◦ end testing and verify acceptance criteria.
◦ Collaborate with PL/Tech Lead on estimation and sprint planning.
◦ Work with clients to gather and clarify business requirements; create SRS, use cases, user stories, product backlog.
◦ Create mockups, data flows, and documentation to support development.
◦ Provide ongoing PROD support and maintain documentation.
◦ Coordinate with the team to clarify user stories, provide business context, and ensure feature alignment.

Must Have
◦ Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
◦ Hands◦ on experience with Entity◦ Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and system data flows.
◦ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
◦ Solid understanding of system architecture basics and trade◦ offs in technical decisions.
◦ Proficiency with Figma, Visio, Draw.io for UI/UX and workflow design.
◦ Knowledge of core financial terms and instruments: accounts, securities, transactions, positions, stocks, bonds, derivatives.
◦ 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial software projects.
◦ Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
Nice to Have
◦ Exposure to data warehouse concepts and BI tools beyond Power BI.
◦ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
◦ Familiarity with API specifications and integration workflows.
◦ Experience in mentoring junior BAs or guiding requirement gathering sessions.
