Business Development (Ecommerce)

Role Overview:
Join UpBase’s Enterprise Partnership team and gain direct exposure to multinational brand acquisition and large- scale commercial strategy within Vietnam’s fast- growing eCommerce ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Meta, Website).This role is designed for high- potential candidates who want real experience in enterprise sales, strategic proposal development, and executive- level pitching.
What You’ll Work On:

Analyze revenue, cost structures, and performance data to support commercial decision- making.
Contribute to executive pitching materials presented to Regional Directors, Country Managers, and C- level stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate multinational and large- brand opportunities for Vietnam market entry or expansion.
Work alongside senior Business Development leaders on real enterprise projects.
Support development of enterprise- level commercial proposals (market sizing, competitive analysis, financial modeling).
Participate in cross- functional deal preparation and onboarding planning.

6 months- 1+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development. (Open to fresh graduates)
Proven track record in proposal development, executive pitching, and closing large- scale deals.
Experience working with MNCs or large international brands preferred.
Professional English communication; eCommerce experience is a plus.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Total Compensation Range: 10,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month = Base Salary + KPI Bonus
(KPI Bonus includes: Operational Bonus + Performance Bonus + Commission %)
