Business Development Executive (IT Services)

We are seeking a results- driven IT Business Development Executive with strong experience in selling IT services and software development solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with international markets, building long- term client relationships, and driving business growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Develop and execute business development strategies targeting international markets (US, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, etc.)
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients seeking software development and IT outsourcing services
Coordinate closely with internal teams to support project delivery and client satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long- term relationships
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related documentation
Understand client business needs and propose appropriate technology solutions

Requirements

Ability to work independently, manage sales pipelines, and perform well under pressure
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Australia is a strong plus)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client requirements quickly
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, software outsourcing, or technology services
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good understanding of software development services and technologies such as .NET, SharePoint, Angular, React, Java, Mobile Applications, and enterprise solutions

Nice to Have

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT outsourcing models
Experience working with CRM, DMS, or enterprise SaaS products
