Job Details
Design and implement employee referral programs.
Determine qualification criteria for each position.
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
Provide interview feedback when necessary and appropriate.
Source candidates through online channels.
Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process.
Screen resumes and applications, and update candidates on hiring processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings.
Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks. (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook)
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first- round, etc.
Help new recruits with onboarding.
Requirements
Good knowledge of labor legislation – Advantage.
Solid understanding of full- cycle recruiting.
Good verbal and non- verbal English & Vietnamese communication skills.
At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, or a similar role (open for Recruiter Intern also)
Experience using various interview formats. (e.g., phone, structured, group)

Working hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30PM, (1- hour break).
