Customer Service Executive – Night Shift (Contract)

Our partner is the largest online bus ticketing platform in Asia, with an extensive network of bus operators and a large base of satisfied customers, processing up to 250,000 transactions daily across mobile and desktop channels. We are seeking a Customer Service Executive – Night Shift (6- month contract) to support business expansion.
Role Purpose: To provide real- time English- speaking support for foreign passengers facing challenges during day and nighttime boarding and communication with bus drivers, with the additional task to do customer feedback survey collection.
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh
Job Type: Contract (6- 12 months)
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer communication during peak travel hours and other ad hoc tasks
Support foreign customers and bus operators&039; communication during night boarding schedules.
Contact customers after travel for feedback collection, record, and categorize feedback into the system
Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with Customer Service Department
Troubleshoot boarding and location- related concerns
Maintain accurate case logs for night incidents
Handle urgent support calls and live issues during night hours
Yêu cầu công việc
1- 2 year experience in call center environment
Solution- oriented under pressure
Cultural sensitivity in handling foreign customers
Able to work in shift
Diploma or Bachelor&039;s degree in any field
Good problem- solving and coordination skills
Prior experience in customer support or hospitality preferred
Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
Comfortable working night and weekend shifts
