Customer Support Agent (Korean Language)

Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and complex cases
Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and general service information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
Provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and service offerings
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to handle high- volume customer interactions in a fast- paced environment
Open to Fresher and/or candidate with at least 6- month experience in Customer Service
Strong communication and problem- solving skills
Good customer- centric mindset and attention to detail
Korean proficiency: B2 level or above, with recognized certification (e.g. TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent)
English proficiency: B2 level or above
