Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to build a skilled, service- oriented team that meets Club standards.
Set monthly and annual revenue goals, analyze performance, and adjust strategies when needed.
Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and manage supplier relationships to optimize profitability.
Maintain high- quality food, beverage, and entertainment offerings, and build strong relationships with VIP guests.
Enforce Club Royale policies, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
Oversee daily bar and karaoke operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to standards.
Plan and organize work schedules, assign responsibilities effectively, and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak periods.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost- control measures.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, reporting major issues to the GM.

Knowledge of budgeting and cost control; problem- solving skills and customer service orientation; proficiency in computer applications (Excel, POS systems).Fluent in English communication; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Minimum 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in bar, karaoke, F&B, or hospitality.
Proven leadership and team development skills, with effective communication across customers, colleagues, supervisors, and cross- functional teams.
