Global Customer Service (Fresher - No need experience)

***New staffs will join in training course for 2 months
Main tasks
- To be responsible for basic troubleshooting by cooperation with Global Partner Carrier
- To manage and maintain the international network through the monitoring system
- To receive and feedback inquiries from customer
- Any other customer support
Working time: work in shifts, ~ 40 hours/week- Morning Shift: 06:00- 14:00
- Night Shift: 22:00- 06:00Staffs will have break time
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00- 22:00
Salary

- Start from 11- 13 mil gross (Entry Level)
