Coordinate with related departments to promptly fulfill all guest requests.
Manage VIP/loyal guest experiences and handle feedback and complaints professionally.
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner; efficiently handle check- in and check- out procedures.
Provide personalized service with cultural sensitivity; prioritize serving Cantonese and Mandarin- speaking guests when required.
Maintain a neat working environment and professional image; comply with hotel procedures, confidentiality, and standards.
Perform other assigned duties with flexibility and a strong customer- centric mindset.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and/or Business Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality/tourism industry
Proactive, detail- oriented, attentive, with strong confidentiality awareness and compliance with regulations
