• Guest Services Agent ensures that guests are provided with the immediate and professional service
• To ensure that the section is perfectly tidy at any time, the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.
• To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at hotel are followed successfully and permanently.
• Guest Services Agent will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the front desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the check in and check out process, which occur at the front desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.

Proactive problem- solving ability and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
Mandatory proficiency in using the Opera Property Management System (PMS).
A minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer- centric attitude.
