To complete our multi- disciplinary teamin Hung Phat Fruits Producing co., ltd. a subsidiary of Andros in Vietnam, weare looking for an experienced and qualified candidate for the position: TradeMarketing Executive

Location: Phu Nu Building, 20 Nguyen Dang GiaiStreet, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
Working Hour: Monday- Friday (onsite Office) |Saturday (Work from Home)
What You’ll Do
For this role, you will be responsiblefor executing Trade Marketing activities for Andros Vietnam’s retail productsto support Sales team in driving sales, expanding market coverage, and ensuringstrong visibility across retail channels. You will work closely with Sales andMarketing teams to execute trade programs, in- store activations, POSMdeployment, and field execution activities to strengthen brand presence andachieve business objectives.

ManagePOSM activities, including coordinating with suppliers/agencies on production,distribution, and in- store execution.
Othertasks assigned by Manager.
Coordinatewith agencies and Sales team to organize sampling activities, consumeractivations, and brand events.
Trackand report Trade Marketing activities implementation results andrecommendations.
SupportSales team in preparing activity plans, timelines, forecasts, and trackingexecution progress.
Coordinatewith Sales and Marketing teams to execute trade activities, includingpromotional programs, activation campaigns, sampling, and in- store brandinginitiatives.
Conductfield visits to ensure trade activities, product visibility, shelf display, andmerchandising standards are properly implemented.
Conductmarket intelligence to monitor competitors’ activities and retail trends.
SupportManager in developing and executing Trade Marketing plans for retail productsacross channels and sub- channels.

REQUIREMENTS

Experiencein retail/FMCG environment with strong understanding of in- store execution ispreferred.
Goodat English is a plus.
Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field ofcommercial.
Abilityto work with stakeholders and cross- functional departments.
Strongproject management and coordination skills.
Comfortablewith fieldwork, market visits, and supporting activation events when required.
2- 4years of experience Trade Marketing, Trade Activation, BTL Marketing, SalesSupport, or related commercial roles in FMCG.
