JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
POPS Human Resources Department is looking for a dynamic & can- do Intern to support us with daily operations activities. This would be a great chance for those who desire to experience HR in a dynamic digital entertainment company for HR career path in the long run.
Job Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D) & AI Transformation:
Co- organize "AI at Work" sessions to upskill employees in digital literacy and prompt engineering.
Develop internal "How- to" guides and AI prompt libraries to accelerate the company’s digital transformation.
Employee Engagement:
Involve in promoting employer branding
Other assigned tasks by the supervisor to bring the candidates & employees the best experience during their time with POPS.
Support in organizing engaging internal activities for employees
Proceeding purchasing & payment for events (if needed)
Explore & propose ideas/initiative for employee engagement activities
Design emails/poster for internal communication activities
Others:
Perform additional tasks that arise within HR Team
Admin- related tasks: paper and procurement work
REQUIREMENTS
Have experience with designing tools, PTS is a big plus
Have good customer- servicing and confidentiality mindset
Be proactive, independent and can- do attitude
Be careful, detail- oriented
Good time management & event organization skills
Undergraduate student or fresher who is willing for interpersonal challenges in HR field
Good communications in both Vietnamese and English
Willing to learn & explore new challenges
