● The Project Assistant provides administrative and operationalsupport to project teams, ensuring accurate tracking of project activities, time- sheets,and documentation. This role plays a key part in supporting project managerswith daily coordination, reporting, and task follow- ups.
● Support project managers in daily project operations and taskcoordination.
● Assist in preparing project reports, summaries, anddashboards.
● Collect, track, and validate time- sheets from project teammembers.
● Monitor task progress and update project trackingtools/systems.
Maintainproject documentation, files, and records in an organized manner
Follow up with team members on task status, deadlines, and deliverable.
Support meeting organization: scheduling, agendas, minutes ofmeetings.

REQUIREMENTS
- Problem- solving and basic analytical skills.
- Organized, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multipletasks.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
