The principal activity of SIG is the manufacture of international renowned branded sports and leisure outerwear garments. Currently, we have 11 manufacturing facilities consisting of 2 In Malaysia and 9 in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Once have discrepancy, you need to go to main warehouse & factory to inspect materials if necessary find out solution
Take defected material back office
Material status updating
Clarify information (MRP/ invoice/ Packing list)
Support team if necessary
Arranging delivery for Fabric local suppliers
Other task under request by Management
Stock record & Reservation
Issue discrepancy report or claim supplier
Collect materials for production
Do analytic report of Material ETA performance & discrepancies for SMS after shipment
Follow & update replacement status

REQUIREMENTS

- Problem solving skill
- Can communication in basis English
- Have office computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Have knowledge of fabric or baground in garment is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Conduct internal periodical ESH assessment at factories to find out non- compliance issues
- Consult & guide factories about the implementation and application of VN laws and Buyers’ standards.
- Support and consult factories to better control the noncompliance issues and help factories pass the audit.
- Assist the factories in annual assessment by Brands & 3rd party. It includes guiding, interview, supervising, consulting, completed Pre –audit questionnaire, following outstanding issues until finished corrective actions.
- Other assignments by management

REQUIREMENTS

- MS office
- Have background in Labor safe/ environment management/ fire safety/ electricity
- Good at English (writing & speaking)
- Willing to go on business trip in western province (Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Vinh Long and Can Tho
