Graphic Designer (Sports & Lifestyle)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sports Branding & Marketing Design (Core– 80%)
• Design marketing materials for:
Tournaments and leagues
Court promotions and membership campaigns
Social media visuals and short- form contentcovers
Create key visuals (KV) for sports events,competitions, and seasonal campaigns.
Develop on- ground branding assets:
Court signage
Wayfinding
Banners / backdrops /scoreboard visuals
Event booth branding
• Support merchandise design:
Jerseys
Paddle graphics
Tote bags / caps / sports accessories
Maintain visual consistency across allpickleball touchpoints.
Lifestyle & Brand Extension Design (20%)
• Design visuals for:
Fashion collaborations / sportswear capsules
F&B menus, packaging, in- court cafébranding
Lifestyle campaigns or brand partnerships
Support creative ideas for brand storytellingbeyond sports.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience
• 2–5 years of experience as a graphic designerin:
￮ Sports /lifestyle / youth brands
￮ Event oractivation- heavy environments
• Experience in merchandise or environmentalbranding is a strong plus.
Skills
• Strong typography, layout, and color sense.
• Ability to work under tight timelines,especially before events.
• Basic motion or short video editing (AfterEffects / CapCut / Premiere) is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Mindset
• Highly proactive and comfortable infast- moving startup environments.
• Detail- oriented but also able to think big- picturebrand.
• Passionate about sports, community culture,or street / lifestyle branding.
• Open to feedback and quick iterations.

Quality and consistency of visual brandexecution.
Timely delivery of event and campaign assets.
Contribution to brand recognition and socialperformance.
• Effectiveness of on- ground visual experience.
