JOB DESCRIPTION
Draft, submit and monitor contracts, legal documents and registration documents to relevant authorities to apply for necessary licenses as directed;
Some other tasks upon request.
Support the Legal team to conduct legal research, update and alert on legal changes in relevant legal regulations;
Support drafting and reviewing simple contracts and legal documents arising from the company&039;s operation;
Support in arranging and storing related records and documents;
REQUIREMENTS
Diligent and careful at work.
Proficiency in English skill;
Detail oriented mindset and able to multi- task;
Good communication skills;
Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Internet;
Having legal experience is an advantage;
Final- year students or recent graduates majoring in Law or related fields;
