Job Title: Legal Intern

First Counsel is a boutique law firm committed to delivering practical, strategic legal solutions to both businesses and individuals. Our core strengths lie in corporate and commercial law, startup advisory, foreign investment, cross- border transactions, and immigration compliance.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for bright, curious, and driven law students to join us as Legal Interns — gaining real- world exposure to legal practice in a dynamic, business- focused environment.

Collaborate with team members on legal and client projects
Support client onboarding and due diligence procedures
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and transaction documents
Conduct legal research and draft legal memos on Vietnamese law, foreign investment, and regulatory matters
Help with preparing legal updates, alerts, and content for firm publications
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to case strategy and risk assessment

Law students or recent graduates (LL.B or equivalent)
Previous internship experience at a law firm or in- house legal team is a plus (but not required)
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (legal writing in English is a strong plus)
Interest in corporate, commercial, and investment law
Detail- oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
