JOB DESCRIPTION
AdminManage office supplies: identify needs, request procurement, and monitor usage and inventory.
Receive, review, and submit employee reimbursement documents (e.g., annual health check claims) for approval.
Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare and execute logistics for company events (e.g., Townhall, Job Fair).
Support in tracking and checking vehicle arrangements and taxi/Grab Business expenses across departments.
Follow up, verify, and process weekly and monthly payment requests (e.g., drivers, car rentals, water, phone, logistics, flowers), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Assist in managing and tracking Labor Contracts, Contract Appendices, and Termination Decisions.
Support the BU SharePoint project; manage HR SharePoint system and ensure information is up to date.
Prepare employee data lists and support the annual health check- up process.
Support in compiling, processing, and managing documents related to Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and AON insurance.
Maintain employee records: collect, store (hard & soft copies), verify, and update information for new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior students or fresh graduates.
Strong time management and results- oriented approach.
Can work full- time for 6 months.
Good communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Organization and teamwork skills with problem- solving mindset.
Work tracking and follow- up skills.
Proficiency in Excel for data management.
