JOB DESCRIPTION
General Description:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers on daily contract logistics operations. Ensure accurate system processing, timely communication, issue resolution, and service performance in line with SLA and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Support implementation of new customers, new lanes, or process changes as assigned.
Monitor service performance against SLA and proactively follow up on exceptions or delays.
Receive, verify, and process customer inquiries and requests accurately and on time.
Handle customer complaints, claims, and escalations; coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with operations.
Communicate operational feedback, shipment status, and issue resolution to customers in a clear and timely manner.
Operations reports (daily / weekly / monthly) to customers and management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer operations.
Serve as main contact for customers regarding daily warehouse and logistics operations
Coordinate closely with warehouse, transport, CBA and related teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Support customer audits, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer contractual requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Competencies:
Careful, disciplined, and process- oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast- paced warehouse environment.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem- solving mindset with the ability to manage operational issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with WMS / SAP is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
Experience in warehouse operations or international logistics companies is an advantage.
Willing to work in shifts.
