ACCOUNT PAYABLE- OVERSEAS

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Prepare supporting documents for overseas payment: invoice, PO, CD list…
- Create PO non- merchandise/asset for non- merchandise shipments.
- Upload detailed payment on seller portal.
- LIV for merchandise and non- merchandise shipments
- Reconcile balance with seller, seller MERKEN monthly basic.

REQUIREMENTS

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Available to commit for a minimum of 4–6 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Available to work at least 4 days per week.
- Willing to learn, proactive and responsible working attitude.
