Order Fulfilment Officer/Customer Service Logistics

JOB DESCRIPTION

Respond promptly to customer issues and take appropriate action or follow up with effective solutions.
Handle import sourcing and order‑taking processes, ensuring smooth sales‑to‑cash operations and timely product delivery to customers.
Manage daily operations efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Follow up on customer payments, arrange shipments, and coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams (in Vietnam or Thailand) to arrange shipments, deliver cargo as requested, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Good command of English (4 skills).
Strong attention to detail with good data analysis skills.
0–2 years of experience in order management or similar roles.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive in problem‑solving with strong stakeholder management experience.
