HR Manager

We’re building a fast- growing, multi- site F&B business in Vietnam — and we’re looking for an HR Manager who can lead from the front.
This is not a corporate HR role. You’ll be on the ground, working directly with outlet managers and teams to improve hiring, retention, engagement, and performance across the business.
HR Leadership & Operations
• Act as a true business partner to leadership and outlet managers
• Resolve employee issues quickly and pragmatically in a fast- paced environment
• Own and lead the full HR function: recruitment, C&B, employee relations, and admin
Recruitment & Workforce Management
• Improve hiring speed, quality, and onboarding effectiveness
• Lead high- volume recruitment for frontline roles and key management positions
• Build talent pipelines for future growth
Employee Engagement & Retention
• Build a culture that balances performance, accountability, and team spirit
• Design and execute initiatives to improve engagement and reduce turnover
• Maintain a strong presence in outlets to understand team dynamics
Performance & Leadership Development
• Support leadership capability building across the organisation
• Implement practical performance management processes (KPIs, reviews, feedback)
• Coach managers on people management, discipline, and team development
HR Systems, Structure & Process
• Use data and reporting to support decision- making
• Ensure consistency across all locations while maintaining flexibility where needed
• Build and improve HR frameworks: recruitment, onboarding, grading, and policies
Compliance & Administration
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, transfers, exits)
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law and internal policies
Digital & AI Enablement (Support Role)
• Use digital tools and AI to improve recruitment, onboarding, and HR efficiency
• Support adoption of practical HR technologies across the business
