KEY RESPONSIBILITY
HR Operations & Service Delivery:
- Ensure high- quality service delivery with strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience
- Handle and resolve complex employee queries related to HR processes, systems, and benefits within SLA
- Manage complex employee lifecycle transactions (from pre- onboarding to exit) in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
HR Systems Administration & Improvement:
- Identify system gaps and propose enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Support testing (UAT), deployment, and stabilization of new features or system improvements.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement system changes, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Act as system administrator for HR platforms (e.g., SAP, Opentext, Aspire, etc.)
Process Improvement & Digital Initiatives:
- Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort
- Document and update SOPs, user guidelines, and process
- Participate in HR digitalization projects (automation, localization system, self- service tools, workflow optimization)
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure all HR processes and system transactions comply with labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Support internal/external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and reflect them in system/process updates
