Manage the full- cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding:+ Receive hiring requests from department+ Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
Screen CVs and schedule interviews
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure effective candidate evaluation and selection
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment records
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Handle offer process: + Prepare offer letters + Negotiate salary and benefits + Follow up with candidates until onboarding
Handle onboarding process: +Prepare onboarding documents +Assist new hires during their first days +Make Offer Letter
Track and report recruitment metrics
Propose improvements to recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication and interviewing skills
Familiar with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to assess candidates effectively and identify potential
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
