KR Supervisor

• Support Restaurant Manager to create marketing and promotional plans and training staff/ Hỗ trợ quản lý nhà hàng để tạo ra các kế hoạch quảng cáo và đào tạo nhân viên
• Act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy/ Kiểm soát chất lượng đồ ăn, chất lượng dịch vụ và sự hài lòng của khách hàng thông qua việc đào tạo nhân viên cũng như tôn trọng chính sách của công ty
• Interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience/ Tương tác với khách hàng để đảm bảo họ hài lòng với dịch vụ cũng như chất lượng
• Encourage and support employees, making sure that restaurant standards are met/ Hỗ trợ và khuyến khích nhân viên, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng
• Direct the employees through their daily routines/ Hướng dẫn nhân viên thông qua các hoạt động hàng ngày

• Experience in employee planning and training/ Có kĩ năng tổ chức và đào tạo nhân viên là lợi thế
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Food and Beverage Industry/ Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành dịch vụ ăn uống
• Minimum 1 years’ Experience in a similar position at an international property or business/ Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí tương đương
• Fluent English and Vietnamese Speaking, Reading and Writing/ Tiếng Anh tốt
• Good abilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc…/ Có kĩ năng văn phòng
