Loading Master (Nhân Viên Điều Hành)

Perform all transactions for delivery/ receipt for cargoes between shipping agent, vessel, warehouse and unloading port safety and correctly. Follow the approved plan by Management Team (MT).
Ensure the ship is docked confirmed NOR, safety check lists, delivery/ receipt documents are full, accurate. Also checking the condition of jetty, tank, pipeline, seal and sample test result,.. All are qualified to be ready for delivery/ receipt.
Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát và phối hợp với giám định viên, hoàn thành hồ sơ giao nhận hàng và thực hiện báo cáo kết quả.
Be responsible for ensuring the quantity and quality of the delivery/ receipt.
Đảm bảo tàu được cập bến, xác nhận NOR, danh mục kiểm tra an toàn, hồ sơ giao nhận đầy đủ, đúng hàng. Đảm bảo tình trạng cảng an toàn, bồn chứa và hệ thống ống được kiểm tra nối đúng, sạch, khô, còn seal, kết quả mẫu,… Tất cả đủ điều kiện sẵn sàng giao/ nhận hàng.
Thực hiện tất cả giao dịch việc giao/ nhận hàng giữa đại lý, tàu, kho bồn và cảng dỡ một cách an toàn và chính xác, tuân theo kế hoạch đã được chấp thuận của Ban Quản lý (MT).
Be responsible for supervising and coordinating the surveyor to complete the document of delivery/ receipt. Do the report.
Provide optimal solutions and timely reporting of any issues arising related to maritime and vessel operations.
Cung cấp cách xử lý/ giải pháp tối ưu và báo cáo kịp thời mọi vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến hoạt động hàng hải và tàu thuyền.
Perform other tasks required by HOD/ MT.
Thực hiện một số công việc liên quan khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng Bộ phận/ Ban Quản lý.
Cooperate to develop and finalize procedures/ policies related to maritime and vessel operations.
Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo số lượng và chất lượng khi giao/ nhận hàng.
Management, recording and operating the machinery, equipment and manpower implement during the delivery/ receipt of goods safely and economically
Quản lý, ghi chép, điều hành các máy móc, thiết bị, nhân lực thực hiện trong suốt quá trình giao/ nhận hàng an toàn và tiết kiệm.
Phối hợp để xây dựng và hoàn thiện các quy trình/chính sách liên quan đến hoạt động hàng hải và tàu thuyền.

Familiar with port and the process of loading and unloading cargo from ships
Graduated from University with majors in Chemistry, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Maritime Transport Management, Shipbuilding Engineering, Maritime Transport Economics, and other related fields.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
Good in task management
Read, understand, and accurately and promptly analyze relevant information, documents, and records.
