Set and monitor sales objectives, ensuring achievement across key segments (Leisure, Corporate, MICE, OTA, E- commerce).
Lead, develop, and evaluate the Sales team, including training and succession planning.
Ensure delivery of brand standards and exceptional customer experience.
Implement CRM systems and ensure compliance with sales processes and tools.
Plan and manage sales campaigns, budgets, and pre- opening commercial strategies.
Analyze P&L, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to maximize results.
Drive implementation of High- End/Premium sales strategies across assigned hotels.
Prepare, monitor, and control departmental budgets and financial performance.
Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Promote sustainability practices and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Ensure effective handling of group quotations and sales reporting analysis.
Lead Business Planning and regular performance reviews with Revenue Management and key stakeholders.
Oversee sales activities such as site inspections, trade fairs, and client engagements.
Manage guest feedback, service quality, and continuous improvement plans.
Drive digital transformation and virtual sales initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Manage key accounts, including luxury and local clients, and build strong business relationships.
Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the Business Plan and revenue targets.
Collaborate with Revenue teams on pricing strategies, including rooms, MICE, and F&B offers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Willingness to travel when required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in hospitality.
Results- driven mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship- building abilities.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills.
