Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, audits, and guest feedback
Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business needs and brand standards
Support HODs in coaching, talent development, and succession planning
Identify training needs through performance reviews and departmental feedback
Promote a strong learning culture and support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance training (policies, health & safety, brand standards) is completed
Maintain training records and prepare regular reports
Drive service culture and enhance guest experience standards
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on- the- job coaching
Design and deliver onboarding, core training, and leadership development programs
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong training, communication, and coaching skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field
Good command of English
Minimum 3–5 years in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality/resort
